24-Hour Theaterfest

You want to be in a play, but you don't have a lot of time? This is your chance to shine! 24-Hour Theaterfest is a day full of joyful chaos including all the things we love about theater.

Audition Friday, June 30, at 7:00 p.m. for a one-act play that will be written just for you (and the others in your cast). Rehearse all day Saturday the 1st, and the curtain goes up that evening at 7:00 p.m.!

No preparation is necessary for the audition. Everyone who auditions is placed in one of the casts (there will be three one-acts). Ages 8 to 108 are welcome to join us. Crew members are needed, too, if you are someone who would rather be behind the scenes.

We look forward to seeing you at 7:00 on Friday, July 1!

CASTING CALL

Actors aged 18 and over are invited to audition for the British Pantomime-styled show, Cinderella.

Please prepare a comedic monologue and 16 bars of an upbeat tune (contemporary or show tune).

Pantos feature broad humor, slapstick, and gender-swapped casting. Be prepared to be outrageous!

Modest stipends will be paid to all cast and crew.

Master Players Workshop

Our Master Player Workshops are rigorous eight-week programs that focus on many elements of theater production. Those who desire to participate in the program with an acting emphasis must audition. If accepted, students may register for the program. The all-inclusive cost of the Master Players Workshop is $295.

Auditions for this workshop are scheduled for August 12, 2023. Those interested in scheduling an audition, please click the button below and indicate your preferred audition time(s) in order of preference: 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., or 11:00 a.m. Audition appointments will last one hour.
